Holy Week is often a whirlwind of emotions, but Maundy Thursday holds a unique, somber place in our hearts. It is the night of the Last Supper, the night of the garden agony, and—most importantly—the night of the Mandatum (the Mandate). ​In a recent moving sermon on 2nd April 2026 at the Union Church, Bhubaneswar, Dr. Balajied Nongrum challenged us to look past the tradition and see the heart of the "Serving King."
